1. Conceived, built, and delivered a production-grade observability platform from scratch, replacing fragmented manual monitoring across critical middleware infrastructure — delivering 13 operational modules and 50+ API endpoints with full role based access control, real-time dashboards, and automated integrity checks.
2. Built a deep analytics dashboard with real-time anomaly detection, comparing each data point against prior, day-over-day, and 5-day baseline trends and applying weighted scoring to automatically surface abnormal behaviour before it became an incident.
3. Engineered intelligent, business-aware alerting with multi-layer validation, cutting alert noise by ~90% and bringing incident detection from hours of manual checking to under 10 minutes.
4. Built automated integrity verification across an 8TB+ MongoDB database covering 500K+ terminals, using index-optimized sampling to complete full checks in under 3 seconds, with scheme-level breakdowns and run-history drill-down.
5. Designed deep infrastructure observability for Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Redis clusters — replication lag, cache metrics, disk and network I/O, and node-pressure detection — all runtime-tunable via ConfigMap with no rebuilds required. Platform Engineering & Cloud Managed Kubernetes production clusters on AWS EKS and Nutanix NKE for high-availability workloads.
6. Built CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps + Argo CD) to automate application deployments.
7. Configured and managed Kong API Gateway, Istio service mesh, and NGINX Ingress for secure routing, traffic control, and observability. Provisioned infrastructure with Terraform (IaC) for consistent cloud and on-prem environments.
8. Managed Redis on Kubernetes, ensuring persistence, replication, and performance.
9. Optimized AWS stack costs, identifying inefficiencies and reducing expenses without impacting performance.
10. Troubleshot issues across infrastructure, middleware, and applications to ensure reliability and stability.
