20 years of client-facing product ownership — gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders, authoring specs and proposals, and shipping software end-to-end as the sole technical resource.

Pioneer Tools (2015, 2024–2025): Built a SaaS platform for real-estate title agents across two major versions — first in PHP/Laravel/MySQL, then rebuilt on Nuxt 4, Vue 3, PostgreSQL, and Railway. Owned the full product lifecycle: requirements gathering, specs, design, implementation, and user feedback sessions via screen recordings.

AI-Assisted Development: Built custom tooling for running multiple Claude Code agents in parallel across workstreams. Used CodeRabbit for automated code reviews and Lovable for rapid UI prototyping with clients. Established AI-augmented testing infrastructure.

Agency & Enterprise: Delivered marketing sites and reservation systems for Hilton, Hyatt, and Waldorf Astoria through agency partnerships, working on cross-functional teams with remote PMs and designers.

Conducted competitive analysis of four fintech onboarding flows on own initiative, presenting findings to product and engineering leadership to shape the app's redesign. Surfaced conversion data and UX issues the product team wasn't tracking.

Owned engineering prioritization without a technical PM — wrote stories, built consensus, and drove tech-debt reduction across the org. Modernized a legacy React Native/TypeScript/GraphQL codebase: built testing infrastructure, monitoring/alerting pipelines, and systematic bug-triage across Android and iOS.

Built internal tooling for the ML/AI engineering team in a PM-less org — ran discovery sessions with AI engineers to identify pain points and define a prioritized feature plan.

Developed a real-time sensor and camera data visualization platform (React, Mapbox, Leaflet, Python) used by the autonomy team to monitor truck operations and debug ML model behavior. Built on-truck operational tools and contributed to in-vehicle IT infrastructure. Designed Databricks onboarding tutorials to ramp engineers on the data pipeline.

Co-founded Axon Fleet from scratch with a 3-person team — scoped the product, defined requirements, and shipped a React/Electron dash-cam management app that became a core Axon product line.

Led the migration of Evidence.com from legacy ASP.NET to React/Redux — one of the earliest large-scale Redux adoptions (2016). Designed search with complex filtering and improved information architecture. Built a shared React UI component library with the design team.

Conducted 200+ technical interviews and helped redesign the frontend hiring process during rapid growth (40 → 140+ engineers). Prototyped products for Axon's AI division.

Built open-source SDK libraries (C#, Java, Python) for Azure services, distributed via GitHub and the Azure SDK ecosystem. Created a live demo presented at Microsoft //Build developer conference.
