Working as a ccontracted data scientist/software engineer in a mining company, my experience are as follows:

• Performed QA of geophysical data of online geophysical library being developed prior deployment and aided in improving tool used for automatic data scraping used by QA team
• Implemented various machine learning algorithms to determine and analyze mineral deposit occurrence in certain regions within Eurasia
• Designed, performed fine tuning, and implemented CNNs to analyze geospatial data for mineral exploration feasibility projects
• Created python scripts that performs lossless encryption of confidential geospatial and geochemical data. Also created the python scripts that can decrypt them back to their original form.
• Performed DevOps work by developing and maintaining GitLab repositories that contains python scripts used by Dataiku applications that allows for geochemical and geospatial data to undergo modifications such as, reprojecting, merging, converting to other file types, and many other features.
• Deployed machine learning model workflows to production within Dataiku for various mineral prospectivity projects, incorporating versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining to ensure model performance and accuracy is maintained at a high level.
• Engaged and cooperated with the establishment of a collaborative MLOps workflow in Dataiku, enabling efficient project management, model tracking, and scalable data processing.

• Trained as a Data Scientist with DevOps and MLOps experience and undergoing further trainings on other stacks for holistic growth.

• Monitors and extensively profiles fermentation data of fermenting beer. Conducts thorough analyses gathered data to determine optimum fermentation parameters, ensuring fermentation is within design for the specific product.
• Manages optimization efforts, fermentation profiling, wort production profiling, yeast recovery and processing planning to ensure all brewhouse operations are within standards and a high rating of key performance indicators is maintained.

• Performs optimization analyses on wort production data to further improve the wort production process in terms of energy efficiency, increased wort production efficiency.
• Improved manufacturing efficiency in wort production, increasing annual beer production by 400 000 cases.
• Handled process improvement trial on cleaning efficacy for lightly soiled tanks, resulting in net savings of Php 400 000 per year in Polo Brewery alone.
• Spearheaded first commercial production of San Miguel Beer Product “Cerveza Blanca” in the Philippines from raw materials transport to the final beer product before packaging.
