This project focus on a cloud-native cost estimation platform that enables finance teams and project managers to collaborate in real time on complex tendering processes. Built with React (frontend) and Python (backend) on AWS, the system allows managers to create projects, set parameters, and assign roles to stakeholders.

Data providers receive automated notifications to input cost data (via web interface or CSV upload), while finance managers track progress on an intuitive dashboard. Once inputs are complete, the engine automatically calculates total tender costs, generates summaries, and stores key assumptions for future reference.
