We designed and developed a three-sided digital logistics platform that streamlines communication between dispatchers, shippers, and drivers. The solution enables dispatchers to create, assign, and manage loads with full visibility, while drivers access a mobile app to review load details, accept jobs, update status, share locations, and upload paperwork digitally. Shippers and receivers gain access to real-time load tracking, ETAs, and automated arrival/departure notifications, improving coordination and reducing detention times. The system integrates with existing enterprise software (AS400), providing a single, user-friendly interface for managing all freight activities.
