This project focus on a mobile-first on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with a network of independent drivers. Built with Flutter (frontend) and Python on AWS (backend), the solution enables users to schedule and customize deliveries—from grocery shopping to multi-drop shipments—with integrated messaging and secure payments.

The system automatically matches delivery requests with nearby drivers and provides real-time tracking with accurate location updates and estimated delivery times. For drivers, the platform ensures a transparent compensation model, boosting participation and retention.
