Emil graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Before joining Bld.ai, he worked on the pre-commissioning of a petrochemical plant as a process engineer. There he learned how to effectively collaborate across teams, clearly communicate, and quickly adapt to emergent situations.
